Dutch Bros. made its name on customer service, and that still holds true. I'm mildly allergic to coffee, and it's so nice that even I can come here for a pick me up. The lemonade or energy drink with blackberry and lime syrups are super tasty.
The Lancaster Dutch Bro, had a situation and after contacting the regional manager, I was grateful how the situation was handled. I'm glad I was able to assist in leadership and training.
