I work at the hospital near by and drive by regularly. Ive been wanting to stop in for nearly two years and finally did today. The staff is so friendly, so personable and the salmon chowder is excellent. I also loved the smoked chili lime sturgeon. I cannot wait to order crawfish in the summer and to explore their other options!

Absolutely ridiculous!!! Called and placed an order. Spoke to the gentleman on the phone and had ALL INSTRUCTIONS perfextly explained and agreed upon. A WHOPPING 15 MiNUTES before pick up, some rude jack calls and says I am not getting my order as agreed. Then has tje STUPIDITY to talk over me and tell me TOO BAD. HEY PAL!!!! SALEM OREGON HAS NO ROOM FOR PEOPLE LIKE YOU!!! I have dealt with FITTS for over 20 years and this will be the last. I hope people realize you don't deserve any respect. Have fun with your rotten service and poor comprehensive skills.
