I went to the Commercial location and once again people with uncovered bushy beards were working. Coming from California I'm amazed at the health violations here in Oregon. If you have hair on your head you need a hair net and if you also have facial hair, you need a beard net. Disgusting, who wants any hair in their food at all, especially beard hair. I was thirsty so I did at least order a drink. You find this all over this city in just about any food service place, does Marion county not have a health department? Or do they just not care?

Dudes just talking and taking 20 minutes to give me an order of fries. Rude customer service.
It’s alright. There’s better options for the same price point in town. But it’s fairly convenient I suppose. Staff was very friendly. Atmosphere was okay. The fries were awesome though. Over all it’s pretty spendy. This is something I’ll buy sometimes not all the time

The staff was dry, unfriendly, and unhelpful. They made my sons order wrong. Hamburger was completely dry and not worth the long wait. We had two single orders in front of us, and there were 4 people working a very slow evening. Will not go back. We were excited to try something new and can't believe the complete disappointment in our service and experience

We just had lunch here. There was a nice lady who took our order and a lady Cleaning, so it was all neat and clean. The cheese burgers were big, I could have gone with the little one, one patty I think. I had grilled onions. Better than Nancy's Everyone was polite, the music was nice.
