The staff are always friendly and the food is great. You definitely get your monies worth on the fries.. holy cow. Fresh peanuts too
A few months ago I did an order for pickup and they didn't make my daughters sandwich so I had to wait for them to fix the order. Tonight I ordered delivery and the idiots didn't include a burger. How difficult is it to get an order right? I called and they expected me to drive across town or reorder ( I'd have to pay delivery fees again) Terrible employees

Absolute trash! I picked up an order, when I got there I waiting another 20 mins for pic up and when I opened my burger it was smashed and covered in sauce on the top and lettuce on the top. No bacon in my bacon burger. Absolute trash.

Unfortunately I walked out. I didn't know five guys was just another crummy McDonald's. Perhaps it's just this location. I've had nothing but good experiences at the bend location. I walked in, wanted to wash my hands, bathrooms locked of course with a combination, I realize all the reasons blah blah blah but still a hassle.. sat down to wait for my wife and daughter to arrive the music was so loud and annoying, the chairs were uncomfortable, the table was kind of sticky and dirty.. when they got their we all just walked out.
