We had a great experience trying Gursha Eats. None of us had ever tried Ethiopian cuisine and didn’t really know what to expect. Azi was so welcoming and took the time to explain each dish and make recommendations. The food was delicious as was the Tej (honey wine) and traditional Ethiopian Coffee. We ordered the Awdamet Gursha, which includes several dishes and was enough for 2 with some to take home. Everything was amazing and we will definitely be back!
we got a sampler plate for three and everything on it was exceptional. particularly liked the Gomen and the Tibbs!
Went for dinner and loved the service and cosy atmosphere. We had the Sambusa for appetizer and shared the Awdament Gursha. Delicious! Im so happy we have an Ethiopian restaurant in Salem, we'll be bringing family and friends here.

Gursha Eats serves excellent food with plenty of quality vegetarian options. The restaurant has a lovely interior and friendly owners. It offers dishes like the Awdamet Gursha plate and beef Sambusas with a lightly-spicy green dipping sauce. The coffee is roasted and prepared in house. Gursha Eats provides a welcoming space with excellent service, making it a great place to visit and support a local family.
