The man was super friendly and helpful, the place is super clean and there are so many good options for toppings and liquid toppings. Ice cream actually stays frozen for long enough to finish it and thats something I feel alot lack. Will definitely be coming back

I stopped in for the first time last night and had an amazing experience the place was a little dated but overall kept really well clean and had lots of different options for yogurt and toppings. The customer service was great too the guy working was very helpful for the questions I had. 10/10 love and recommend this place and will be coming back very soon!

Hours on Google are completely wrong. Drove 20 minutes downtown to try this place and they're not open at 11:30AM.. Why? Oh, because they're just too lazy to change their store hours online to properly reflect the ones listed on the door.

It was ok,okay, price was high. Topping is low quality. Yogurt some was not ready with no indicator that is not. Not a whole lot of selection for having the name frozation nation. Compare for the salem area is just mediocre. No pictures is wasn't appetizing to show.

First time visiting here. The decor could use some upgrading it is very worn, and the garbage cans were over flowing. It is a quiet place and has good seating. Attracts people to sit down and visit. I gave 3 stars because the server didn't have very good people skills. The topping bar was messy, along with the garbage can overflowing. They have several flavors of frozen yogurt, which is awesome and has great taste. Overall, the owners need to remodel to make it more inviting instead of run down.

Great place to take your date at the end of the night. With comfy chairs and a cute window bar you can both sit at and play the super Nintendo setup in the corner. Totally worth!

Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible, but cramped with all the chair. Which I is understandable since I'm sure the majority of their customers aren't in wheelchairs. But staff is helpful.
