you are not always open... please fix this... 3rd time I've tried to get something on my lunch break (graveyard) only to be told they are closed until 5am bc of system updates or no one answers the drive up line. at least turn the lights off if you aren't taking customers.
All staff are friendly. Food always hot. Dinning area is always clean.

Jack In The Box offers a convenient drive-through service, but some customers have reported inconsistent experiences. The food is always hot and the portions of fries they give you are full like they should be. The inside is super clean, as well as the parking lot. The grease doesn't taste like it's been used 1000 times either and the food is consistent. However, the service can be a bit slow and the outside grounds were dry and dead with weeds growing all over parking lot.
