They don’t enforce masks to be worn correctly. The person at the window had his mask under his nose the entire time and when he was going to hand us food, that we no longer wanted because of this, his mask was then below his mouth as well. No manager on site to provide a refund to our card. This is a public health issue in the middle of a pandemic.
Wow. Where to start....Sourdough chicken club was raw. Cashier tried to tell me “that’s what the chicken tastes like.” When I asked for a replacement, he said he wasn’t to sure about that, he’d have to ask the manager. Yep. Had to ask if I was allowed to have edible food I had already paid for. Second sandwich was also raw. No more JIB chicken for me. Ever. So gross.
