Walked into store tonight after not being to find a mask, employee greets me at first and then SHOUTS out when she sees i don’t have a mask on and asks if I have a mask. I told her no and asked if they had one i could have or buy, she very rudely snaps no and demanded i wait outside while they make my food! I hadn’t even ordered yet, and there around 8 people total (including employees) in the restaurant so it was quite embarrassing to be talked with the tone and disrespect...read full review
They didn’t get the on line order right. Requested only mayo, lettuce, onion and provolone on a #4. Instead, they made it Mike’s way. Yuck! I hate oil & vinegar. Didn’t discover their mistake until we got home, which is 20 miles away. Too far away to drive back to get it fixed.
Wet, soggy, inedible mess. Waste of time, money and gasoline to make the trip.
Won’t be back to the Jersey Mike’s in Salem. No complaints about the one in Corvallis.
This place CANNOT get the orders right. Five times in a row they have messed it up. We pay for delivery and every time we have to go in and have them fix it. The toppings are scarce on the sandwich why even bother. 1-1/4 pickles per sandwich and 1/2 slice of bacon...UNACCEPTABLE, especially since I pay extra for the bacon. Five tries is enough I will no longer get my sandwiches from this location!!!!
