service is very hit or miss. i've been here a few times and the first couple times we had great service with super friendly staff, but today they had a bunch of teenage boys working who seemed clueless about what they were doing and spoke so softly that we couldn't hear anything they were saying to us. our sandwiches were good but the bread on mine was hard and stale.

I had a very wonderful experience with a employee that goes by name of Kayden. 10/10 I would recommend. He got my super complicated order correct, (which rarely happens) and was not rude about it. I am for sure coming back.

The food is good, despite the high cost. But the whole experience depends on the servers for me. It's hit or miss. 1. God forbid I do not want it "the Mike's way" and 2. Tonight they were tense and a bit argumentative with each other which is never fun to be around.Great bread and mayo lol
