After looking at the recent reviews, I can sadly confirm that this location has gone significantly downhill. I used to work here a number of years ago and things were significantly different, and much more upbeat and efficient. The last couple of years I definitely would label this location the home of Captain frowns and the grumpy bunch. Jimmy John's is a super fun place to work, so it's sad to see everyone so apathetic and blase'.
If I am late for a meeting its immy Johns fault. The Italian Nightclub is my kryptonite!

Every time I have been to this location they are incredibly slow. Nothing freaky fast is happening ever. It took 10 minutes for them to make two subs at 11am.

This is the slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve been twice because it’s close but it always takes about 20 minutes to get my food. Jimmy John’s is supposed to be fast. This one is not.
I got a wrap with 1 slice of deli meat in it and a bunch of lettuce. I’m on a limited income and can’t afford to tip for every take out order I place. The one time I didn’t include a tip this is what I get for service? I won’t be buying from this store again.

As per usual Jimmy Johns is losing business based on a lack of friendliness and quality. I'm pretty sure my last sandwich was made with the day old bread as every bite shot crumbs all over my dining room table. Freaky fast is no longer a thing at this location and my order has been wrong enough times where I only would go in to pick up at this point. The employees seem tired and rightfully so. They're overworked, not underpaid. It's an entry level job. You want something better and want more out of life, don't treat your customers like garbage based on poor life choices.

So just ordered Jimmy John’s which normally I have had no problem with. I got a gargantuan. When I bit into my sandwich I crunched on to something so hard I thought one of my teeth had fallen out. So I looked at the sandwich, shrugged and took another bite. And again, I crunch down on what feels like plastic. So now, I go through my sandwich because clearly something isn’t right. Lo and behold it’s the friggin roast beef. The edge of it is so hard it feels like friggin cement. Then I dig a bit deeper and the turkey is discolored and brown.Threw it away not 5 minutes ago. Disgusting. I don’t know how roast beef gets the the consistency of plastic and frankly I don’t care. Don’t serve stuff like that to people who paid over 15 dollars for the thing. It’s disgusting. It’s vile. And honestly, I’m probably not going to go there again. There isn’t really an excuse for that low quality and obviously old meat. They clearly need a health inspection.

I bought a slim which is a sub with only meat and cheese i paid 3.00 extra for ham. They gave me 3 pieces of meat total and there was an inch left of just bread with no meat or cheese and they left off the turkey even though they charged me for it Also the ham was turning bad (grey around the edges) and it smelled bad. I threw it away and won’t go back not asking for my money back. I’m never going back to any Jimmy Jon’s even if they offered for free
