Nothing fast about this Jimmy John's employee's moved at a snails pace. No lids or straws 4 times people had to ask. To get lids and instead of re stocking thet just handed out one to each person.

The workers worked so hard and quick, they did an amazing job, and I hope they know people appreciate it. I feel at this type of business people tend to voice their complaints more than the other. After looking at the recent reviews, I can sadly confirm that this location has gone significantly downhill. I used to work here a number of years ago and things were significantly different, and much more upbeat and efficient. The last couple of years I definitely would label this location the home of Captain frowns and the grumpy bunch. Jimmy John's is a super fun place to work, so it's sad to see everyone so apathetic and blase'.
If I am late for a meeting its immy Johns fault. The Italian Nightclub is my kryptonite!

This is the slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve been twice because it’s close but it always takes about 20 minutes to get my food. Jimmy John’s is supposed to be fast. This one is not.

I got a wrap with 1 slice of deli meat in it and a bunch of lettuce. I’m on a limited income and can’t afford to tip for every take out order I place. The one time I didn’t include a tip this is what I get for service? I won’t be buying from this store again.
