Their policy is NO RETURNS. I purchased a apple fritter that had absorbed too much fryer grease and was not edible. I would have liked to exchange it but the “no refund” policy left me feeling cheated. Very good donuts here but buyer be ware. If you’re not satisfied with one of their products, tuff luck.

I’m not sure if she was the owner or just an employee, but her attitude in the morning is not something anyone wants to deal with at the start of their day. She neither smiled nor greeted me, and her responses were short and dismissive—just “yes” or “no” with nothing more. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but customers shouldn’t have to experience that.

Enjoyed a sugar donut. Very fluffy and nice sugar crunch on the outside. Unfortunately nowhere to sit and enjoy inside of the establishment. I went later on a Sunday morning but there was still plenty of options left to choose from.
