If you don’t want to wear a mask this is the place for you. Masks are not enforced,
I do recommend the store itself but there are a few concerns:
Some of their deli workers (One named Bella in particular) do not undersrand cross contamination or how it works. She is one of their deli workers and tried ro go from touching a dirty carsboard box to grabbing lunch meat out of the cooler with the same gloves 🤢.

Better selection than the South Salem WinCo. I always shop at WinCo. So much less expensive than Freddie's or even Walmart. Safeway raises their prices before they put things on sale. WinCo is the absolute best. Great produce and excellent bulk bins.
