Lonchera La Guadalupana llc offers amazing carne asada fries, lengua taco, and pastor taco. Considered one of the top taco joints in Salem, it might be a bit pricey, but worth it. The food is so good that one customer claimed it was the best Mexican food they've had in Oregon. The staff is friendly, and even though they mostly speak Spanish, they have translations available. Be prepared for spicy food and maybe avoid peak times for shorter waits. And don't forget your cash!
