If I could give more stars I would. I got the rolled tacos with rice and beans! So good. They have a salsa bar which was super awesome too. Definitely going to be my new lunch spot.

Lunch time was super busy, but the service was quick and on point. I ordered the carne asada Oregon burrito and horchata. The burrito was huge and so packed with the most deliciously cooked asada I’ve ever had, it had a nice crisp to it too. The horchata was a little sweet, but I drank it up with no complaints. I will be back for other menu items.

Since discovering this food truck, to say that I've been obsessed is an understatement. Their tacos are reasonably priced for the amount that they STUFF their tacos. Most places will be light handed with their meat and pile on the cilantro and onions, but not here. They will GENEROUSLY stuff the tacos with meat and then add cilantro/onion on top. It can get a little messy, because as you try to pick up the taco, the contents spill out from being so full-which idk about you,...
