Manna Japanese Comfort Food

This place was wildly better than I ever hoped. Sushi rolls were huge. Very good, I've had sushi I liked less at Moritmoto's and Michelin starred places. Of course, this is less traditional, but tastes great!

This lovely sushi place is owned by my family friend and I have been eating at Manna since 2019. I love the sushi and udon! Thank you Francis & Emily and their family for serving us good sushi at a reasonable price, the food portions were large for the price making it worthwhile to visit.

We arrived 10 min before closing and the gentleman that helped us was so gracious and kind. The food was fabulous ! I will be back to try more options on the menu because it all sounded so yummy.

The food was amazing and fresh! Staff was very attentive and helpful. Definitely coming back to try the other items on the menu! The sparkling citrus mojito was also fresh and delicious!

The food and service is exceptional. I’ve eaten in and taken to-go orders and the food is always killer. This is my favorite restaurant in Salem by a large margin. The sushi burritos/rolls are amazing and so are all their other dishes. I just went again yesterday and got the Supreme Sushi combo and wow, it was absolutely fantastic, my partner got the unadon and she couldn’t stop saying how much she loved it. If you’re a Salem local, YOU NEED TO EAT HERE!

Food was good. The employee where awesome. The atmosphere.. too small and kinda loud.

I just got the ginger salmon and spam musubi. This is the best salmon I've ever gotten in Salem. Will be ordering again.

I like this place a lot! I'm hoping to catch the next time they have a special item. They had okonomiyaki at one point. I'd love to try Japanese-style hamburg steak or omurice here.

I’ve been coming to you guys for about 6 years. I order a lot and sometimes the food is dry, but today this is terrible. I’m more than disappointed. I saw you got broken into so I placed a bigger order for my family. The pork is so dry I struggled to cut it with a steak knife and is grey. It looked like it had been sitting a long time. The rice was so dry I couldn’t mix the sauce well. The gyoza was black. You put this in the box knowing it wasn’t right. I spent about $100. I can’t eat it. Knowledge giving me bad food isn’t acceptable and I’m never coming back because of this. I understand struggle and been a cook for a long time. This is a slap in the face to the customer. The food has been slipping since the food truck days.

We have loved Manna since first discovering them at Beehive Station. Their food is as delicious as it is pretty. Also, the family that runs it is so sweet. Truly a Salem gem!

This place is just amazing. My third time there today and got the Philly sushi burrito. Such amazing flavors and the salmon plus all the other ingredients were so fresh. I think i was silent while eating because it was that good. Will be back!
