I recently tried some Michelle Ashley treats and they were so good! I especially loved the Pumpkin Dream Bar! I love that they have treats for everyone - Vegan, GF, etc. -- be sure to give them a try!

Michelle and her team have always been so kind and efficient every time I’ve made an order. They are always working hard when I go in. The chocolate cupcakes have been my favorite so far, but I look forward to trying all the flavors and other baked goods! 💕

I am obsessed with the cheesecake bars. Creamy, not too sweet, allows the creative, well-balanced flavors to pop (Ube, Key Lime, Pumpkin Spice were all amazing, really hard to pick a favorite). I tried samples at a bookstore opening and was so excited to see them full size in spots like The Brew. Also, Michelle's customer service is amazing. She is super friendly and responsive and puts alot of heart into her business. I can't wait for this to be one of the places I bring my out of town guests, as well as my own go-to treat about town.

Oh my goodness! What an amazing experience I had-I ordered cupcakes for my boyfriend-German chocolate-1st of all that cake is so good. It doesn’t even need frosting…. It’s like scratch made chocolate cake that my mom would have made so amazing…. Then there’s the frosting and the presentation. They were very beautiful.!
Which was nice because half of them were going to a potluck and half of them were going home with my boyfriend -except for the three that I took from him!
I picked up at the shop, which was great. They had my order ready. The staff was really nice and I had worked directly with Michelle the owner so I knew everything would be perfect and it was.! Took some macaroons to the hostess (she didn’t share) and then Michelle gave us a little sampling of petite fours…. Wow! I had lemon and Keylime pie I think…. They were amazing. They were tart so not too sweet just sweet enough.. THEN , while I was there, I saw the pumpkin cheesecake in the case and I accidentally purchased a miniature one for myself, which was not really that miniature because I’ve been eating it for two days. I don’t even like pumpkin stuff usually, but it was really pretty.! I’m so glad I got it because now I feel like I’m not so resentful that fall is coming.!!!

I would recommend Michelle Ashley to anyone -I drove from Newberg to pick it up and it was so worth it!!!
If I ever get remarried, ha ha she’s doing my wedding cake !!! Thank you so much Michelle. You exceeded every single expectation.‼️

Loved the cake I got for my gender reveal! Super easy and tasted great! They were so easy to work with!

Very disappointed with the cake we received. The picture we showed was a WHITE cake with pastel frosting/sprinkles. When we saw the cake we were shocked to see it was brown! We had no choice but to take it since we were short on time and we already paid for it. Our cake was super small and expensive for the size. I paid it because I needed an egg free cake and I understood it was a “custom” design. Order was a hassle as well because they wouldn’t take card. Only cash, Apple Pay, etc. First picture is what we received and second picture is what we asked for (minus balloon toppers). I don’t believe what we asked for was a difficult design request.

My friend threw me a house warming party and brought cupcakes for everyone from Ashley Custom Cakes. They were perfect size, absolutely delicious and I’m not a cake person, the frosting is creamy and not oily, the cakes are moist and flavorful. They were the perfect dessert for my party guests. I highly recommend

Michelle Ashley made an amazing smash cake for my 4-year-old! It turned out even better than I imagined. The design was beautiful, and the cake tasted great. My child loved it. I’m very satisfied and will definitely be ordering from her again. Highly recommend!

The ube cheesecake is incredible!!!!
It's honestly one of my favorite treats! I moved up here about 3 years ago away from my filipino family and this is one of the few places I can find a slice of joy and home. It's absolutely delicious and I think about it all the time!

Its one of the few sweet treats I'm absolutely obsessed with thank you guys for not only bring a favor i know and love but helping me find a little piece of home in salem ❤️
