I’m from Southern California and I am lucky enough to drive by Monarca often. This place is amazing! The Machacha plate and the chorizo breakfast burritos are 💯.Family run with great food and better service. If you’re in the area get over and enjoy!!

Called an order ahead of time , got told 10 minutes to be ready for me to arrive and sit there and wait for 20 mins for my food while people who ordered there's after I arrived to get theirs out first. Used to be a regular but obviously that doesn't count for anything. Ill go someplace that actually cares about the queue in how food was ordered

Ask for the verde if you have a low spice tolerance, the red sauce which I think is a crema is a 7/10 for me. 🥵

More of a restaurant vibe than I expected from the outside. Good food, fast service. There was a slight mix up with the order, but they took care of it without hesitation.

Love this place. My favorite is the Supremo Burrito with carne asada. It huge and delicious. I can eat a lot and this thing stuffs me to the gills. I also love spicy and the red sauce hits the mark.
