I went here a big while back and I had a sand which of chicken and was a tostone and when I went back they didn’t have it any more. The food is ok but, could use my flavor.

Such a wonderful taste of Puerto Rico! I loved the cheese empanadas and plantains. I tried the special drink in the small brown bottle, a sweet soft drink, similar to root beer but not a root beer flavor, sweet and rich in taste. I highly recommend everyone try this fabulous food!

Haven't had proper empanadillas and tostones since I lived in South Florida. These are on par with the best panaderias I've been to! Grade A+, muy delicioso, magnifico! It was $18 for my meal and worth every penny (included side salad as well)

Went to the Yard intending to get BBQ but this looked so good. Was not disappointed, all around great experience. Good portions, fresh and hot, man working the cart was incredibly friendly and helpful. The dipping sauce was a huge hit at my table, everyone was using it for their food too. Will be back!

We went there on Friday night. My son got the empanadiilas with chicken, rice and tostones. The gentleman in the truck were excellent and very kind. The service was great.
Very delicious food. We haven’t tried Food from Puerto Rico before and the man working up front was very patient with us not knowing what any of the items were. We will definitely be back to try them again.

I had never had an empanada before and decided to give one a try. The first bite in I knew I had made the right choice. The beef one was absolutely delicious. The shell was perfectly crispy and the inside was nothing but perfectly balanced flavor. I am hooked to say the least. Can’t wait to get back there and try the meal next time.

10/10! Freaking delicious! The chicken empanadillas is amazing! I happened to come across this location by coincidence coming out from the Wreckingball below. Looking for a bite to eat with my gal pal, we walked around reading the menus in Fork Forty. I read ‘Mofongo’ on the menu and was in shock. Let me explain, I moved from Miami, Florida a little over three years ago and the only thing I miss was the variety of food. I love the PNW, but for the life of me, I can’t find a large vast of Latin-Caribbean cuisine locally. Only unless I drive over an hour to Portland and driving is a luxury nowadays. There is an abundance of Asian or Mexican here but nothing like in South Florida, where I’ll find Cuban, Puerto Rican, Columbian, Peruvian, Haitian, Dominican, Argentinian, Nicaraguan, Jamaican, Arabic or Greek restaurants. So, when I read ‘Mofongo’, I had to look at this board better. I saw it was a Puerto Rican spot and the first item on the menu was empanadillas. My mind just about shut down on me. I saw the pictures on the glass and sure enough, I saw empanadas, mofongo and tostones. I told my gal pal, “We’re eating here.”. Absolutely no regrets! Everything was delicious! We shared the empanadilla combo. She got a beef empanada and I got a chicken one. One bite and I was back in Miami. I wanted to cry! It was perfect! I was so sad when it was over. I came home and raved about it to my husband. The following day, we went to Fork Forty together and did the same thing but together. No regrets! My husband told me that his body was so happy after having that first bite. Lifetime customers! This is the spot! So good! I had to stop myself from buying more to bring home!

I placed an online order for 3 people. When I arrived the person working mentioned that they didn’t see the order come through. They pulled up our order, confirmed the order and began preparing it right away. Was super fast and thorough with the order. Even turned off their menu board for a few minutes to just focus on getting our order fulfilled. The food was fantastic. Myself and the other two all loved the food.
