My order was wrong, so I had to have them remake it and they didn't seem happy at all to have to do it. When I got my new order, I could tell I was right about them not being happy about having to do it because the first order looked amazing like it was cooked with love, now the second order didn't look like it was made with love at all. It literally looked slapped together. They tasted TOTALLY different even though there was only a one ingredient difference - the difference...
The bacon burger was perfect. The patty was cooked to perfection, and the bacon was just right, flavorful and just crispy enough to fall apart when you bite into it. The topping selection is great, enough to build your perfect burger.
My boyfriend and I went to Nancy Jo’s today. I have been here before and really enjoyed the food. The service however, was wildly incompetent. There was a new employee, which is fine, however there were miscommunications in which led to another employee to come to me and allow alterations to my order this one time. I thanked the employee, we received our food and left. I then open my food at home to find that the alterations to my food were not made, and toppings were missing...
