Great food, nice and cozy vibe. The young lady was super nice and even took the last bagels off display for our order. The guy on the other hand, seemed upset she messed up the order on accident, went back and made the right bagel, then when he brought it out, he came up and grabbed the wrong bagel off our table and threw it right in the trash right in front of us. 5 stars! They accidentally switched around the bagel on my sandwich. They remade it and gave me 3 cookies to make it right. The staff was very kind. The bagels were also very yummy!

Northwest Bagels offers 5-star bagels that taste like New York, with the doughy part bringing back memories of bagel shops. The lox is a great value, with a generous amount of spread, though bagels are on the smaller side and pricing may differ between the website and in store. The atmosphere is relaxing, vibey, and nice, with good music and friendly staff. Service is fast, and the food is awesome. The coffee is good, and schmear options are delicious. The shop is open every day but only in the mornings, and it is busier than expected, which is nice to see.
