Discovering this food cart was the highlight of our day in Salem! We decided to give it a try while passing through, and we were pleasantly surprised by the generous portions at a reasonable price. My husband opted for the steak and pork belly, while I went for the steak and chicken, and both dishes were outstanding. Typically, we travel to Portland or Corvallis for our island food fix, but this place has quickly become our new favorite. The customer service was excellent, and we hope the friendly staff were the owners, as we love supporting small businesses and seeing young people succeed.

I ordered the Steak Plate with shrimp (shrimp was an extra charge) and it was absolutely worth it! Everything was delicious the steak was cooked perfectly, and the shrimp were seasoned really well. Underneath the shrimp was a bed of cooked cabbage that added great texture and flavor to the plate. The mac was creamy, and I think it might’ve had a hint of tuna in it, which I really enjoyed. 👌🏼 Oh, they were playing reggae music which I already love made my waiting more enjoyable.

Grew up in hawaii most my life (waipahu) and I have to say I really enjoyed the food. I ordered Kalbi and poke and the food was just PERFECT. Reminded me of island local food back on the rock and with great hospitality. 6 star for sure.
Passing through on a hiking road trip and saw photos of the food and had to stop. So glad we did! I got the BBQ combo and this will be the food highlight of our trip. So delicious. Owner was so nice, worked with my husband's many food allergies too. Husband got chicken and really enjoyed. Good vibes :) thank you!!!!!

Shrimp not de-shelled all the flavor was on the shell but not crispy enough to chew, steak overcooked, tuna in the poke some pieces were tuff and chewy.

Orionz took me by surprise. I wasn't expecting much but the food was better than I had originally thought! The gentleman who took my order was also very kind and helpful. I ordered for my family. The order consisted of 3 kalbi combos with pork belly, steak & garlic shrimp combo, and poke nachos. I really liked the kalbi and spicy ahi poke. Since then I have been craving for the poke!! The kalbi was also very good and sauced well :))

I've been driving by this place for weeks, smelling the sweet scent of meats. We finally had a chance to get down there for dinner tonight, and let me tell you, it does not disappoint. We walked up to summer jams rocking as the people ahead of us were served. When it was our turn, we were greeted with a smile. The smell of the food already had my mouth watering. The dude that helped us dealt with my inability to make decisions and love of all food and helped me narrow it down quickly. My partner can't handle the sun and so I had to endure 3 whole minutes as we took it home to eat. Y'all the smell saturating the car the whole 5 blocks home didn't allow me to get a picture of the fat serving sizes before I began shoveling it in my mouth (maybe get bigger forks, guys? My only recommendation 😂). We got the BBQ plate, which comes with 2 different meats, their crazy good Mac salad, and plenty of rice, and the spicy ahi poke bowl. Each burp since has allowed me another hint of the decadence that had earlier entered my body. Needless to say, the food did not disappoint. Great job guys. You'll definitely be putting up with me again in the near future.
This is a treasure, go eat, be fat, merry and nap.
Edit: sun melt man is gone and I get to have more for me. These guys are angels among men. I wanted a poke bowl, but also the grilled meat smell killed me. I didn't need two full share meals as one person. Well they made my food dreams come true once again 🤤. Eat, give them money and let's keep awesome food and people in our hood folks!
