They don't use gloves, the food looks like they heat it in the microwave, the tortillas break and I heard from a relative that they don't tip their employees and I even found out that the cameras have sound that seems in bad taste to me. I rate my experience 0/10

They have a food truck located at the Food Yard Park. I was waiting for my order from another food truck. I decided to order the Horchata, it was extremely delicious, not watered down like from other places I had it before.

This food is seriously horrible. It gave me the worst stomach ache and it tasted extremely cheap. They don't cook well at all... Also, had a suprise charge of an extra 50 cents. I consider myself open minded with food and rarely dislike food... Please save your money. Eat elsewhere.

Got the California burrito. It's basically filled with rice. An ounce or two of fatty meat, a spoonful of sour cream and they say guacamole but I only saw what looked like they put a toothpic tip of quac on it. Extremely dissatisfied with their attempt at what sounded like a good burrito. Shame on you Paco, $10.50 for a over cooked rice burrito ?

Sneaky crooks. I bought ice cream for $3, they charged me $3:50. My wife bought something for $5, they charged her $5.50. We didn't see it until we got home. I don't tip servers for just handing me an ice cream, but I guess, they tip themselves without even telling the customers.

The Yard is awesome! Lunch was not. Ordered 3 tacos, couldn’t finish even 1. No lettuce, no cheese, just over-cooked, past expiration meat. When complained, they said they aways cook it this way. Gag!

Highly recommend the Salem Burrito if you're hungry! Choice of 2 meats, rice, beans, lettuce, Pico de Gallo, guacamole and sour cream all for $12. Definitely worth it!Bring a jacket though, it's a food truck and pretty Chilly out except on the nicest days.
Parking: Limited lot behind the yard, first come first serve, don't drive your big giant truck!

I've been to a lot of places to check out their fish tacos and Paco's is right up there at the top with my grandmother's cooking. The arroz y frijoles tasted just like hers.This only other place that rates at the top is Lydia's in La Bufadora, Baja California and I stop there every time I'm down in Baja.
Obviously more people need to write reviews! This place is delicious! Freshly made, and super yummy.I got one chicken flauta as a snack, honestly didn’t expect it to be freshly rolled but wow- so good! Went for a second to try beef!Budget friendly and yummy

I’m truly surprised at the negative reviews. I got the 3 taco plate with carnitas as the protein at it was really good! I loved both the red and green sauce, and the beans and rice were some of the best I’ve had in Salem. I’d definitely go back.

This is the worst experience I've had in quite some time. I'm currently on radiation and sometimes I get sick without warning because it upsets my stomach, And I accidentally threw up on myself right in front of the Pacos truck at the yard. With vomit still on me I asked them politely for some napkins to get it off and they actually told me no napkins were for their customers only. Granted I had every intention of purchasing dinner for myself and my partner there but I quickly changed my mind. Denying me NAPKINS to clean VOMIT off myself after RADIATION was so dehumanizing!I will never ever ever spend any money there because of this experience and I encourage other people to go to the other trucks at the yard because they are much kinder.We went to Aristacrab and the Cadillac grille instead and easily spent $50 or more on our family, but they at least treated me like a person.
