This Panda Express store on 505 Taggart Drive Northwest, Salem, OR 97304, has a rude guy called Daniel. Poor customer service handling. Thank God a colleague took over and offered quality and professional service. Happened today at 8.15PM.

The food was great, but one worker made the whole atmosphere ick. The manager was trying their best and so were all but the one employee.
He was very loud and crude. Not necessarily rude to the customers, but while sitting inside to eat our dinner it made everyone uncomfortable.
Hopefully someone can explain to him how to work on customer service or he finds a different path.

Food was amazing as always, chow mein a bit dry but not too big of a deal, it was lunch time and maybe there was no time to cook it al dente.
On the other hand my server a white short girl could not hide her racism towards “minorities” frowning the whole time she was preparing our plate.
She was all giggly and smiley with white customers but made a big frown and attitude when POC walked in.
