Overall pretty good but... Unfortunately you have to watch the employees closely as they often times don't put the requested and paid for boosts in. They will skip/miss the scoop station and then tell you they did put the scoops in, when you just watched them skip right over it. I think the system needs better checks and balances. Jamba is always slow in itself, but the service is always polite and nice. I asked a couple of questions and got great answers. I did find put add whey protein increase the volume on your drink.

This Jamba used to be really good but the last 2 times I’ve been my smoothie have been really chunky with unblended pieces which has been really off putting. They also taste semi watered down.
