Dawn the district manager could not be more rude. I had a order totalling 29 dollars, go to pay with a 50 and the drive through says they won't accept it. Yet no where does it state in the store that's policy. Dawn continued to say in the past if the bill is over have the price they have accepted them before, yet this time they chose not to? Seems like profiling. Have contacted corporate, but if you want horrible customer service and to be confused on what bills they will accept or won't....go here. Will never be back to this location. Asked Dawn the district manager to have the franchise owner contact me, so let's see if she does her job or continues to lose customers

I have ordered from a few of the Papa Murphy's from around Salem and other areas outside of Salem.
The employees at this location are amazing and the pizzas they make are always great they are fast and friendly. They use fresh ingredients, there salads are really good as well. I always tip them because they do work fast and efficient and always make sure my orders are correct.
It is also very nice that they have a drive up window for anyone that pre-places their orders.
I would highly recommend this location to anyone.
Parking: Normally plenty of parking in front or around the business.
Kid-friendliness: They are very kind and respectful of kids
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a large section that makes it very easy for wheel chair accessibility.

I got to Papa Murphys near closing time and they were still very friendly and happy to take my order. They also made my pizza quickly and got the substitutions I asked for correct. As usual everything was delicious!

I know that some people don't believe that we should be able to buy stuff like this on SNAP but I feel privileged to every once in a while getting to be able to buy Papa Murphy's Pizza ? and salad's for a great price, for amazing tasting flavors and awesome customer service. I can't think of a better place than my favorite Papa Murphy's.

I ordered a pizza online, paid for it then called and asked another be added. They charged me for both but one for cash and I e online. They did not give me the pizza I ordered online so I asked for a manager and a name. Unfortunately the manager avoided my calls until I called from a new number. I understand being embarrassed making mistakes but charging someone money then hanging up and avoiding them is a bit extreme. The manger went by, I only guess Brannon. I wish they would have tried to talk and make a solution vs hanging up on me multiple times and needing to use an alternative number to get a response.
Wow, really surprised excellent service on a Tuesday I was in and out within five minutes max. I walked in ordered they made it and I was out the door. Thank you! Great work y’all!

The store is always clean, the staff is friendly and quick to prepare your order just the way you want it! I love the fresh prouct and baking it at home means it's ALWAYS hot.
