Food is great. I haven’t even dealt visited this place 2x and each time the young girl working was playing on her phone and wouldn’t take our order both times I’ve visited. The first time I waited 45 min for two burgers and this second time giving them another chance the girl working seemed annoyed I stood there so long waiting to order then made it seem like a burden when I wanted a burger. Waited 30 min while the entire time she gave me dirty looks. Same girl both times I enjoy the food but won’t return bc of her.

I don’t like to review things unless I find it to be particularly bad. That said, I had high hopes for this place as it seemed reasonably nice.
The lady that took my order was clearly new, which is absolutely ok, but it does add to my overall experience.
I asked for a Western Rex Burger with a side of fries, and a Coke. She handed me a buzzer and I went to sit down. After about 25 minutes she brought me my food, because the buzzers apparently weren’t working. Again, not that big of a deal, but still…
At first glance the burger looked decent. Upon further inspection however, there was no bbq sauce, pickles, lettuce, or onions… just a bun, patty, cheese, and an onion ring.
To top it off, she hands me a Shasta for the drink. When I asked for a Coke I was given no indication that I would not be getting a Coke. AGAIN, not that big of a deal, but had I known they only had off brand soda, I probably would have passed. Especially when you charge $3 for a Shasta.
It’s also a good thing I asked for a side of fries, for another $3 btw, because apparently the burger doesn’t come with fries.
The entire ordeal cost me $26. It was also incredibly noisy inside, but I suppose that’s beside the point. I was not overly impressed and I will likely not be returning. Please keep in mind, i do not believe it was at all the servers fault and I am not fond of insulting the people who bring you your food.

I visited recently and noticed one young lady working alone. She was not wearing gloves and alternated between ringing up orders and returning to the grill without washing her hands. I waited 25 minutes for my burger, tots, and nuggets. When my order arrived, it was incorrect—I had requested no pickles and no sauce, but it came with both. The burger patty was hard and severely overcooked. While I was waiting, another customer approached the counter to say he had been waiting 30 minutes for his burger and fries and still hadn’t received them. Overall, the long wait time, incorrect order, and mediocre food made this visit disappointing.

Wanted something simple after a long day. Went to Rex’s. It is in a food court so a slightly different atmosphere than just a Burger joint. Was able to order quickly and with ease. Service was accommodating to GF requests and food was good. Burger was good. Fries were good. Asked for bbq sauce. It was good but a bit sweet. A little went a long way. Overall good food. Would eat it again!

We really enjoyed the burgers and fries, the food here is next level. Burgers were cooked perfectly and the flavor was on point and the fried were thick which a unique texture that we all loved. Don't skip on the onion rings, man those were memorable. Great portions too. Thank you for not only the quality food but the excellent customer service. We will be back! We were hungry and I didn't think to take pics of the food but I did get the menu afterwards.

This food could be good if they took care to get your order right. Order delivery at your own peril. One detail being off is fine, but entirely wrong burgers and entirely wrong sides, and none of the ordered dipping sauces, shows me they just don't care about what they're serving. I've stopped in for lunch and had better luck, probably because you're right in front of them, but they treat delivery orders carelessly. Delivery mistakes have happened before, but tonight was such a mistake beginning to end that I'm giving up on this place.

Absolute atrocity food was cold. The proportions wouldn’t feed a four-year-old we ordered burgers, not tossed salads no number to call over priced carls jr got ya beat your service provided wasnt adequate for your prices you ruined our dinner so greatly appreciate yall do better or fire the lazy staff that hates there job they are making your company look as bad as the atrocious so called food you had door dash partner inconveniently deliver hr later both companies need to do better much better hell one burger has a what looks to be bite outta it cold and been in the dam box so long theres condensation grosssss lost my business
