I was pretty disappointed in the first cake the bakery made me, but when I came the night before to check on it the girl helping me made sure she had all the right details and assured me it would be fixed, the correct cake was already made when I called the next morning. When I picked it up the cake decorator and other worker that assisted me were very kind and helpful!
I've been going to this store for four years. I've had great customer service over those years from pharmacy, butcher counter, check out etc. The people who work here, work hard, even through the pandemic, showed up to their own risk. Yes, sometimes the supply chain can cause issues on inventory. That's to be expected. I've seen comments on Chinese food. I can relate.
