Awesome little spot with plenty of seating for decent BBQ and draft!!! We had the place to ourselves. We Tried the Brisket, chicken quarter, beans and street corn, and the beef tacos. Everything was delicious and on point. Beer was fresh and cold and they had many different options. Glad we found them while passing through on vacation, they were one of the few places open on Memorial day!😎🤙💯

This place is FIRE! Beer is fantastic. Food is mouthwateringly amazing and the staff is absolutely perfect. Check this place out! You will love it. Michelle is 125% she is the best.

My husband and I are happy to have stumbled upon this place tonight. We have two little ones and this was great for them! Our son loved the games; we played jenga, dominos, and connect 4. The brisket is the BEST we’ve ever had! There are also some TVs with sports. My husband loved the Double beer and I loved the chicken street tacos.

I got the half rack of ribs and all I can say is wow they gave me BBQ sauce I tried it but the ribs did not need it my fiance got the tri tip tacos talk about amazing I highly recommend this little hole in the wall tucked away place

The food at SOB brewery is phenomenal. The beer is also great! Megan, the bartender is the best! The liquid gold is such a great double ipa!

At first I was disappointed that they did not offer unsweetened iced tea as an option or could not get a lemon wedge to add to my water but when I ordered the Brisket sandwich - I had forgot about everything else - Hands down not even close this is thee BEST brisket sandwich in Salem - piled with meaty goodness this Brisket sandwich will be you next go to spot - you are not going to get any better Brisket in Salem - finally a legit BBQ place and dare I say joint because it is a brewery but after the Brisket sandwich you will forget that it is a brewery - congrats Shades of Brew on being the Best BBQ in Salem - those that know me know I do not throw around praise like this = super impressed
