My son took me here for breakfast and it did not disappoint. The place is decorated so cute!!! The homemade sausage and biscuits are awesome. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely come back here again next time I’m in Salem visiting my son.

My husband and I ordered two patty melts to go yesterday. Girl that took order was very nice and helpful. Also they were ready quickly. Have to say the best patty melts we've had in ages Will definitely be back again soon. Recommend highly !!! Yum ? .

Read other reviews on Tripadviser & decided to find this diner. Found it, waited about 15 minutes and so glad we did! Patty is so friendly and busy cleaning up, serving and working hard with all her help to create a memorable breakfast for us. Menu is full of great creative suggestions and all your breakfast favs as well. So glad we tried it and hope to go back!

Was in today around 1:30 and while visiting the restroom with my 4 yr old an employee was cleaning/mopping it. As we were leaving the world's crankiest customer entered and started in on the employee for simply doing her job. This human proceeded to berate the employee who was on her hands and knees and she patiently just endured the woman's wrath. I cut in and thanked her for a job well done and told her that her hard work was not unnoticed. I really just want to say THANKYOU to the employee for not losing her cool (as many of us might have done) and for working so hard. Strong work ethic and patience with not so nice people in the world will get you far in life. Wether mopping a floor or heading a board meeting, good character like she displayed today will take you so much further than that angry person's comments and disrespect. Kudos to you young gal, you rock! Hope you get promoted and recognition for the great asset you are to your company.

Hidden away in a small strip mall, well worth the effort to find. Excellent presentation, taste and portion size. Friendly staff and whimsical decor. Biscuits and gravy were the best I've found in the area. Eggs benedict surrounded by very good home fried potatoes were a highlight of our breakfasts.

This little diner is tucked away from the road, on the back of a parking lot, behind a bunch of other businesses, off of Center St and 17th, but if you can find it, it is worth the hunt. The building is small and quaintly apportioned, with lots of kitschy chicken signs. The staff is friendly and the food is fairly priced and generous. I had the corned beef hash, which was fresh (not canned), served with 2 eggs, a side of country potatoes, and an herbed biscuit. Everything was flavorful and delicious, but the herbed biscuit was truly scrumptious. My sister ordered the country fried steak breakfast, which came smothered in a savory, herbed, milk gravy that we wanted to lick off the plate. There was nothing disappointing about this restaurant, we will be back!

We recently went to Patti's Off-Center cafe for breakfast. All of the food was so delicious. I had pancakes with apples in them, served with an apple cider syrup. The pancakes were crispy on the outside and the apples were nice and soft. Our egg scramble was delicious. The wait staff was kind and helpful. Very pleasant experience. Will be going back again soon.

Your store is a trash heap. The management at this location should all be fired for their poor performance. The shelves are often un stocked or stocked with rotting and out of date products. The store is usually filthy and not for to carry the Safeway logo. If I was a manager at this location I would rend my garments and cast my lot with the beggars out back.
