I didn't take a picture of it because I ate it before I could but best damn burger I ever had at a bar. The drink was refreshing and the people working were the nicest. I'll definitely come back again.

When we lost our venue last minute (with several people flying in from out of state for the party) I contacted South Liberty Bar and Grill and they were able to save my Mom’s 70th surprise birthday party.
Monica, the owner went above and beyond. She not only agreed to put a themed buffet together with only a weeks notice, she handled the decorating and full set up for the party. She was easy to work with and made the party stress free.
The service was wonderful, Hannah our server also went above and beyond to be sure all our guests had their coffee, tea and cocktails.
The other owners, Aaron and Brick made sure to have karaoke available for this special occasion as my mother loves to hear us daughters sing.
Not only did Larry (the KJ) agree to come in on his day off, he was fun and personable. We had a great time singing with his friendly personality. The sound system was also amazing which for a family who enjoys singing is very important.
The quality of food was amazing and Miguel from the kitchen made sure the buffet stayed completely stocked and warm.
The entire establishment was very clean including the bathrooms which for me is very important.
I can’t say enough for this place. It made a very special occasion very memorable.

The Monte Cristo is a DEEP FRIED sandwich. Just like a cheeseburger HAS CHEESE. And ftr... shoestring fries ARE NOT curly fries. And then you got RUDE when I said you were misrepresenting your menu. Google IT!

Just moved to the area and have been picking random spots to try out in hopes to find something good. After running some errands I stumbled upon South Liberty. Walking in it was quiet and full of what are seemingly locals. My first impression was how clean everything is. Upon sitting at the bar I ordered a drink and checked out the food menu. I ordered the meatball sub and hamburger soup. I had a drink and by the time I was done my food was out. The soup was a 10/10 which was a pleasant surprise and the meatball sub was huge and I was surprised I finished it but it was too good. Service was great and friendly. Feels like a good welcoming neighborhood bar. I will definitely be back.

Only order chicken strip, order a NY steak was the worst steak I had in my life thin tuff as he'll, my wife order a teriyaki bowl disgusting everything was horrible. 50 bucks left feeling ripped off.

Big bar with lots of seating. Music was turned up so loud we had to shout to be heard. Not many craft beers.
