I was at this location from 10:45 AM until 11:00 AM on a Sunday and they were closed down with no baristas present to make coffee, or available to sell goods. They were having an excellent deal on $5 tumblers that I would have bought 10+ of as Christmas gifts for my coworkers. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take advantage of this smokin' deal! I drove down the road to the West Salem location off of Wallace Rd and the same tumblers were double the price.The Safeway employees are friendly, but don't count on this Starbucks location to be open during their posted business hours. I think they should shut it down if they can't be consistent in keeping the place staffed. Super disappointing.

People that work like sloths are not cutting it at 6am. A trip to starbucks should not be worse than going to the DMV. After waiting 10 mins for her to help me I asked if I could pay for a cold sandwich she refused, something so simple that would've quickly gotten me served and out the door.

The girl working the Starbucks literally could not pour a cold brew. Took her 15 minutes to make two coffees for two people in front of me. Ok fine. The cold brew, she starts complaining she can't figure out the chocolate cream. I say ok, I'm exhausted and just need coffee to get home from work.She can't figure it out. I tell her it's fine give me vanilla cream. She cannot figure it out. I tell her I'll take it straight forget the cream. She can't figure out. I start losing it. I'm like grab that cup put it under the spout and pull the handle. It's literally easier than a soda machine. The girl literally couldn't figure it out. I finally give up and just tell them nevermind. It's too frustrating to see this person incapable of pouring liquid in a cup.I ask the manager for my money back and he has all sorts of excuses about it's her third day. I don't care I didn't pay $5 for incompetence or poor training. I paid for coffee. They won't give me my money back I yelled some expletives at them and left. I can't believe these people can change their own diaper let alone have a job

As someone who worked for Starbucks for 3 years, this Starbucks location is the worst:( I ordered a Doppio iced espresso with 2 pumps white mocha & 2 pumps brown sugar & oat milk. Which can be rang up as such, the lady argued with me telling me I wanted a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso which is a totally different drink & that she could only ring it up that way. I tried to inform her that there’s a way to ring it up differently and she refused to listen to me or take in the information and told me she hasn’t worked there that long so she just can’t do it that way. I ended up leaving without getting my drink and frustrated that she chose to continue to argue with me. Very disappointed with this location & the way they train their baristas.
