Super Phở Beef Noodle Soup Vietnamese Cuisine

One of the best pho places I have been! While visiting Salem, decided to stop by and very happy with the service and food selections. The shrimp was incredible! Great vegetarian selection too!

This restaurant is unique because it combines Vietnamese and Mexican flavors on a single menu. If you're comfortable with an Americanized take on Vietnamese cuisine, it's definitely worth a stop, especially in an area where there aren't many Asian dining options. The fusion dishes offer something different from the usual restaurant experience and make it a memorable place to visit.

Recommended dishes: Beef Pho Wirh Mix Meat, Super Pho, Vegetarian Pho, Pho Tai

Did not research if it is a chain or just felt like the one. Nothing exciting about the pho, below average broth, meet is very hard, and it was cooked all the way ( got all my teeth but could not finish even half of it)
Fresh rolls are from the fridge, not freshly made, so rice paper as tough as sole on your shoe
Don't know about other meals they serve, but pho at placed called itself Super Pho should be superior.

The only pros of this place, it was the only place opened on Memorial day.

I've yet to eat in but have gotten many to go orders. Sometimes they don't great you when you enter at all. But over all its good. I called and called and called to make a order to pick up but was not able to for over 10b minute. I was close by so I stopped by to make the order even though I didn't want to wait, and that's why I attempted to call ahead. They know it's been going on and don't seem to be too concerned about it. It I can't call ahead and order for fast pick up I'll surely give someone else my signed business. Please correct otherwise many of your regulars will not be.

So disappointed. Used to be a favorite lunch spot of mine. My boyfriend and I came in and after being seated were ignored by the waitress. She served two other tables that came in after us, not even paying any attention to us. We knew what we wanted within a couple minutes and had the menus at the end of the table to show we were ready. She left the dining area after taking those two other tables orders not saying anything to us. Two other employees hanging out behind the counter. We told them the reason we left and they didn’t care, just stared at us blank faced. :(

This is my new favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Salem! Maybe even all of Oregon!! first off is very very inexpensive, but also very good.

The menu is extensive. The choices of Pho, vermicelli, and rice options makes choosing what to eat difficult so I chose two entrees.

The Super Pho was very good but not great. The broth was on the salty side. I’m not complaining but particular.

And the beef sausage and chicken noodle dish was great or plenty of meat and noodles cooked perfectly.

The short rib rice dish was very good. It was surprising how tender the short rib actually was getting. She’s a great touch.

The pork rolls were tasty but wrapped poorly, which is OK since the taste was great.

The restaurant is very clean. The bathrooms are clean. Service was friendly and quick. This is my new go to Vietnamese place in Salem.

Foods are good but customer services are very questionable. We walked in, no greetings or eye contact or anything. The guy in front was just focusing on cleaning the countertop. We placed an order Togo and waited for a long time. I asked the guy in front if our order was ready. He said “ I don’t know” then walked passed me to go clean the other table. My husband was upset so he asked the front guy again. The guy didn’t respond so my husband had to raise his voice to ask him to check on our order. He finally responded with “ Sure”. Very awkward! The other girl kept sweeping the floor right in front of us. We inhaled a good portion of dust. She swept the trash from bathroom all the way to dining area. There was even a piece of toilet paper on the floor. Maybe do these when no customer around?

The got my boba flavor wrong and refused to fix it. Wrong drink? Too bad pay for it anyway. I’ll go back because the food is great, but I’ll get my boba at The Yard where they will remake a drink if they mess it up.

Hands down the best pho I’ve ever had. The broth clearly tastes homemade, and the in-house meats are fresh, tender, and flavorful. Every other dish we tried was equally delicious. The food alone is worth the visit, though the service could be better.
