Although I haven't tried everything on the menu what I had was excellent. If you want to try something new I would recommend trying the food here.

A Favorite Stop for Delicious Vietnamese!
We love stopping at Super Pho Beef Noodle Soup whenever we’re passing through Salem. The portions are very generous and fairly inexpensive for how much food you get. Their shrimp salad rolls are a must-have, and we usually order the vermicelli with pork. The meat is flavorful, the veggies fresh and crisp, and the noodles served cold — a perfect combo every time!

From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. I have been coming here for many years but it has been a minute. The atmosphere was calm. I had their pork and shrimp spring rolls paired with their delicious peanut butter sauce. For my main dish I had their Beef Pho and it came with side continents to pair with the soup. Also, I tried their tufo from their vegetarian soup and it was flavorful. The kiddo preferred the spring rolls over the grilled chicken. Highly recommend, we will be visiting more often for sure.

This place has the best prices! I ordered the pho special (#6) and upgraded to super bowl for extra $2. Paid $15 for big bowl of pho! It was pho-nomenal 😁 service was normal and straight forward. I will be coming here again for pho and to try other foods!

love this place but the waiter/register girl is genuinely so odd and awkward. like she stares creepily and is so weird.

Ordered some spring rolls for takeout and cashier had mistakenly doubled my order...usually, I'd be fine with leftovers, but spring rolls get tough and chewy after refrigeration.

Please be sure you are specific when ordering. If you say "2 spring rolls" you are really telling the help FOUR.

Starting to lack customer service. On Fridays there needs to be more staff. Having 6 people waiting in line to pay isn't attractive

Clean store, friendly staff, and quick service. I got the pho that had all three meats in it and the flavor was mediocre. No real complaints, but nothing to write home about.

Got take-out here a few weeks ago. Friendly service & pretty quick. Beef pho was ok but won't be replacing our current favorite restaurant. Salad rolls I ordered "super-sized" - really didn't know that meant they'd be the size of my forearm haha, thought I was adding a couple extras to it. Waaay to big to eat & fell apart, so sad. Might be worth checking out though if you're nearby, never know!
