love this place but the waiter/register girl is genuinely so odd and awkward. like she stares creepily and is so weird.

Ordered some spring rolls for takeout and cashier had mistakenly doubled my order...usually, I'd be fine with leftovers, but spring rolls get tough and chewy after refrigeration.

Please be sure you are specific when ordering. If you say "2 spring rolls" you are really telling the help FOUR.

Starting to lack customer service. On Fridays there needs to be more staff. Having 6 people waiting in line to pay isn't attractive

Clean store, friendly staff, and quick service. I got the pho that had all three meats in it and the flavor was mediocre. No real complaints, but nothing to write home about.

Got take-out here a few weeks ago. Friendly service & pretty quick. Beef pho was ok but won't be replacing our current favorite restaurant. Salad rolls I ordered "super-sized" - really didn't know that meant they'd be the size of my forearm haha, thought I was adding a couple extras to it. Waaay to big to eat & fell apart, so sad. Might be worth checking out though if you're nearby, never know!

Great menu options, including low carb and vegan options.
A little busy place, sadly the waiters didn't really check in on me, they have been great on other visits.

I ate a super bowl. But some of the food I ordered never showed up.

Service was very slow. There were on only 2 groups of people eating; with 3 servers just standing around talking. Took 8 mins for an unfriendly server to come and take our order. Food definitely doesn’t taste like your typical Vietnamese food unfortunately.
