We stopped at this taco bell twice on our roadtrip from california, it is genuinely the best taco bell I have ever gotten, in food quality, service, and speed. California taco bells need to seriously step it up, because this has set new standards for me. Thank you Maria.

I had an incredibly horrible experience at this Taco Bell last night. The food was stale, and my tacos were falling apart—absolutely not fit for sale. When I tried to get help, I was ignored for an incredibly long time. I asked for a manager, and despite being told one would come, no one appeared. Eventually, they did process a refund, but it was only after a long wait and repeated neglect. The lack of customer service was unacceptable. I feel for the drive-thru customers who won’t realize the quality until it’s too late. This location definitely needs corporate attention. I won’t be returning.

When you finish a customer order, tell them. Why ask my name if you aren't going to tell me my order is ready. The staff was casual, no sense of urgency. Also it's nice to be thanked for spending my money at an establishment. But not here. It felt like they didn't want me there.

The service was absolutely horrible except the young man behind the register. They made my food wrong, and I asked for new food and got glares from the back staff. Apparently asking them to redo their job the messed up the first time means they can shoot rude glances and be rude to you.

I stopped here and ordered a party pack of 12 supreme tacos every single taco was completely broken and made eating a real mess. I can understand a cracked shell sometimes but these were in three or four pieces out of the box. EVERY SINGLE ONE

I sure wish this location could get it together because my family lives close by. The only thing you can really count on here is that your food will be served at room temperature. Every time! Well, at least they are consistent.

The three taco supremes I ate tasted good, but they only had about a quarter of an inch of meat in the middle of the tacos. They were mostly shell, lettuce, and sour cream. For paying almost $10 for a meal, I was expecting a meal, not a puny snack. I was hungry when I ordered the food, and almost as hungry after I ate. I ended up going home and eating a regular meal. Very disappointing!
