Looked this place up as I was passing through town. We decided to stop in because of the good reviews and accessibility to the freeway. We were not impressed. The super burrito was 40% guacamole and only had about 5% meat -which was mostly fat. I can see where this place would be good if it were executed properly. For example, the guacamole was good, and the meat was good - there was just not enough to justify selling us that meat if there wasn't enough. It just was a let down after seeing how good other reviews were.

Literally....literally...the best Mexican food truck in town...literally. Not metaphorically like a lot of people speak. Ove eaten at most of them and I keep coming back here...over and over and over and over and over.

Great food and service! The meat was very tender and flavorful. We got carne asada sopes, fries and the super burrito...all very filling! Good portions!
My husband and I noticed that they had a Cactus Cooler sign on the truck and it took me back to SoCal soda vending machines growing up. I had to get one! It might turn into my weekly treat ?

This place is the best taco truck in Salem!!They are so nice and friendly. Always making sure we get everything we need for our food. I go there like three times a week for their tacos. The carne asada literally melts in your mouth. Their pickled carrots are amazing!!! They give us so much of them, which I appreciate because I eat them all. Spicy but not over powering!! I definitely recommend them to everyone I know!
