The chicken is so juicy and tender and cooked to perfection. The beignets are as good as I’ve had in New Orleans. If you haven’t tasted Lindsay’s good food you are missing out.
Very good version of chicken and waffles. Asked them to tone down the “hot” a bit and she said no problem. Chicken portions good size, done to perfection. Waffles just the right crispness. My wife had the Turkey pesto panini sandwich and said it was great as well. She shared a bite and I agree.
I'm not one to typically be impressed when I eat out but WOW! everything about this meal was top shelf! The smells from the kitchen are second only to the flavors coming out! Best meal out I've had in a really long time. 10 outta 10 not sure how it could get any better.
