Maybe you guys were just having an off day, but my husband came in there to get a sandwich today. He was ignored for five minutes, and then the staff, acting annoyed, asked, do you need something? He told her he was waiting for a takeout order, and she went and got what he thought was his sandwich. After getting all the way back to work, it was not what he ordered. First time trying Valiant after working downtown for years. Picked up my order; got back to my office; and it was the wrong sandwich. Didn’t have time to return. $20 down the drain.
I have stopped in here twice in the last few months. Each time, everything we have ordered is excellent. Fantastic burgers and well thought out and prepared sandwiches. One of the best spots I have found in Salem. Highly Recommended.
