Taquería El Jaliscience, located in the Sandlandia food cart pod, is known for its delicious Mexican food. The asada burrito is a standout, featuring real chunks of avocado and a touch of red onion. The habanero salsa is praised for its flavor and slight sweetness. The menu offers a variety of options including tacos, quesadillas, and enchiladas. Vegetarian and meat options are available, with the meat options encompassing a wide range from steak to beef tongue. The prices are very reasonable, with tacos at only $2.50 each that are very full. The food trucks are cute, and seating is available with other carts to explore. Customers note quick, polite service, often with a wait time around 10 minutes. The breakfast burritos are highly recommended, praised for their flavor and the quality of handmade flour tortillas that are among the best. The green sauce is also a highlight, and the food is not bland or flavorless. Overall, Taquería El Jaliscience is highly recommended for its tasty food, great value, and friendly atmosphere.
