Highly recommend the cherry limeade.Our waitress made sure to invite us back for Monday night Bingo.Kid-friendliness: Our 11 year old was enchanted with the many framed pictures on the wall and especially liked the mister goose portrait that hangs over the fireplace. This is a family friendly establishment, but it does have a full bar. “The ambience is a typical dive bar, but what sets this place apart is its extremely friendly staff and its above quality food. You can tell that they are trying to elevate the food above typical bar food. I think the biggest indicator that they have succeeded is the multiple "to go" orders that are always waiting at the end of the bar for pickup. Locals know that their food is delicious and reasonably priced.“

“This hole in the wall little tavern right off the hwy is truly a gem. I stopped in on a Wednesday night. Very slow night. The bar tender, I forget her name, was very friendly and super sweet! Oh, and the place was clean including the bathrooms and outside deck. There was one dancer that night which was MORE than enough. Her name is Tatianna (forgive my spelling attempt). What an absolute stunning exquisite WOMAN! The little girls at the clubs in Portland could learn much about what it actually takes to be an excellent dancer. Tatianna is very authentic and very present. Her private dance is wild and exquisite. And l will reiterate...she is Woman, not girl. She is both a master and an artist. I hope to see her again before I fly back to Kauai!“

They have 6 machines, Keno, Mega Bucks, Mega Millions, Powerball, Lucky Lines, Pick 4 and seasonal games such as Holiday Raffles that are among others offered by the Oregon Lottery. They also have a good selection of Scratch It's ranging from $1 -$20 in most cases. They offer a few food items available daily and specials mostly geared toward quick snack type eats. They have beer and wine as well as soft drinks and offer free coffee to players. In addition they have most brands of cigarettes at a competitive price and they accept digital coupons. The staff is always very friendly. They keep the place clean and wipe machines down after each customer doing their part to protect the customers from passing any illnesses to one another. There is a comfy sitting area with couch and coffee table and taller tables with stools available for eating or playing your favorite games when not on video poker slot machines. “The Klondike is the best food and atmosphere in Saint Helens hands down. Maybe even Columbia County. The menu is impressive and the chefs do a spectacular job. They smoke all of their own meats and make a lot of their dressings in house.Don’t even get me started on their beverage menu- their rotating and seasonal cocktails and mocktails are worth the visit alone!They have the best brunch menu served on the weekends with an overwhelming choice of bloody Mary’s to choose from.The service is always wonderful! “Oh my god Hailey I think her name is, not sure. Wonderful bar tender, best I’ve ever seen! Master at her craft. Such a nice and friendly person! I ordered jalapeño ranch but I got normal ranch… ridiculous if you ask me. However food was still great, thank you Oscar, along with the service. She made me feel like I was at home oh my god. “We had a fun dinner here watching an amazing local band in an outdoor seating area. Service was top-notch. The food was delicious. We will definitely be coming back. The bar had lots of games and a TV screen that showed the band playing outside. Great drinks and friendly bartenders. Lots of free parking all around the building.“
