We went there because their patio was dog- friendly. Waited 30 min to get seated. Then were abandoned. No one came to us for 20-25 minutes. Finally I went inside and found a staffer and asked where our server was? She said she’d send someone out. It was nearly 10 minutes before our server appeared. No apology or explanation for the delay. (Table next to us were seated after us, and got drinks and appies while we waited)

Loved the setting and decor, the food and drinks were awesome but this experience was about the personal table side service…..I didn’t know this kind of quality service existed….it seems this industry is all about table turnover, but this was not like that, it was relaxing and enjoyable….I congratulate Maggie’s for recognizing what it is that diners want and allowing their servers this freedom. It was truly a pleasure to be there as we actually felt like a guest….Thanks...read full review
