Seaside Brewing Company Brewery • $$

“The beers were good, and the customer service was good as well. But I’m giving three stars because I ordered beer to go and the order was wrong. The lady at the counter explained to the kid the right beers, but he poured the wrong ones. So anyone reading this, make sure you got the right beer before you leave. Other than that the experience was good.“

Beach Club Bar • $$

“Well we just loved this place. Ducked in here from the rain and they had a nice patio out back and accepted our medium size well behaved dog, I called my wife and step Mom to join use. Nice mural and folk art. Blues music playing the whole time we really enjoyed. Not too loud. We had drinks and chicken wings and then ... we had more drinks! Only down side was not a whole lot of food options. The barmaid was very nice and friendly, and cool! Just a very relaxed down home time. We know where to go now. We'll be back. We love winter in Seaside, Oregon. Cheers. :-)“

Bridge Tender Bar • $
554 Broadway St, Seaside

“We made an impromptu trip to the coast last weekend and stopped in to play a game of cards over drinks. Shortly after we arrived, the bartender stepped outside to take a break. A few minutes later, she threw open the front door and announced, "There are raccoons fighting in the river! They're trying to drown each other!" People ran outside, and, as promised, several raccoons were in the midst of a raccoon altercation in the river. Once the losing raccoon managed to make it onto the rocks and slink away, we all had a few comments and filed back inside to continue with our dive bar activities. About an hour later, a group of four 20-something gentlemen entered, sat at a table next to us and ordered drinks. We were at the end of our card game, so we asked for the tab and prepared to move to our next stop. One of the 20-somethings went out the back door for a smoke only to bust back inside and announce, "Hey guys! I sh*t you not...there are two raccoons f***ing out here RIGHT NOW!" We went outside, looked over the railing, and, as promised, two raccoons were going at it. I don't know who is in charge of hiring the Saturday night entertainment at Bridge Tender, but well done. That troupe of raccoons were top notch.“

“The only thing good that we found about this on our Saturday visit to this pub & grill ...was that the Bee Bops made the food. the customer service at the Big kahuna was ridiculously rude. unless you're coming in for a jello shot or a bloody Mary... you don't matter. Also, it may say children friendly pub and grill, but it is not. If you have kids you can definitely expect half par service from the ladies at the bar. However, the Bee Bops food ( I understand they're cooking for the Big kahuna) was outrageously awesome and the customer service WHEN THEY brought our food was outstanding! It just seems like the two ladies who run the bar are not happy. and I get it, we all have bad days, but my kids shouldn't have to pay the price for that. We will not be returning to your "family friendly" spot. Thank you“

“Made a snap decision to take a last minute trip to the beach on an unusually nice weekend in February. So did everyone else. Every place downtown was packed with up to two hour waits. Starving, we drove out here. It's not a touristy place, there were a few but many locals. Got seated right away, the food was great, maybe but as fancy, but solid and delicious (halibut sandwich was excellent). Everything was reasonably priced and there is great support for other local businesses as well (beers from Bills, smoked items from the Smokehouse). It felt more community than touristy and I can appreciate that, I'll definitely be back!“

“We came down for a girls weekend and our weekend always has to include a stop at this bar. Larime is an amazing bartender. He goes the extra mile to make sure your drink is exactly what you desire and more. His Hot Toddy is amazing. I had the coffee nudge, which was excellent. Thanks again and see you next time we are in town.AnoukPDX“
