We visited yesterday afternoon and this is one of the more chaotic Starbucks locations I’ve been to. The woman taking orders got half of ours incorrect and seemed almost angry to be doing that role. The drinks took quite a while with us also overhearing multiple folks asking about the status of their drinks. Disappointing experience given most of us are visiting Starbucks due to efficiency and consistency of experience.
Friendly enough at the drive thru. I just wish they knew how to follow instructions on how I wanted my food prepared - I didn't want the pistachio loaf warmed up but it came out nice and warm.
Starbucks Coffee Company is the only location in this area. It looks almost brand new inside and out. The experience can vary. Some visits are consistently solid, with staff keeping things moving efficiently for a smooth and reliable experience. Orders placed via the mobile app are always ready on time and made correctly. Service can be quick and friendly, especially during early hours.
Other visits are more chaotic and disappointing. It has been described as the slowest location encountered, with long wait times for drinks. The staff can sometimes seem angry or inattentive, getting orders incorrect. There is a perception that servers prioritize drive-thru customers, leaving others waiting. Instructions on food preparation, such as not warming a pistachio loaf, are not always followed. The coffee itself can sometimes be bland. However, acts of kindness are also noted, such as staff kindly replacing a spilt drink for free. The location gets busier after 7 AM.
