What a cool place. The food was great, the visit was quirky, the owner was amazing, and it sounds like there are good things to come at this quirky must visit hidden gem. If you like a good murder mystery don't miss out on the next one she puts on. We had prime rib Philly's, and the pastrami Rachel. Both were great.

Stopped in for breakfast while traveling through. Wow. Delicious!! Love the eclectic style of the place and the food was good. Would definitiely recommend the mess. Sounds funny, but is oh so delicious!
Ordered spinach salad and specifically asked for blue cheese dressing, food came 30 min. later yet salads and bread never came. Had to ask again. Salad finally came with wrong dressing. Bread still never came. smh. Rather than fix it, they argued about it then walked away, never bringing correct order. Food was horrible. Fake butter on the garlic bread. Tasted so bad I had to spit it out. Rancid. My husbands dinner was equally disgusting. Tables reeked of bleach, enough to burn your eyes. I'll never eat there again. Several people had said the food wasn't good. They were right. They need a better cook, and a friendly server that won't argue over a few pieces of spinach, and way less bleach.

Yesterday afternoon my fiancé and I stopped in after a long morning to grab some lunch. It was pretty busy in the restaurant so we sat over in the bar section. The service was fast and super friendly . My fiancé ordered their chicken fried steak and I ordered the turkey melt. I ended up getting a Tuna melt which was very good. The server/manager was amazing. super funny. We overall really enjoyed our experience. We will be back next time we land in shady cove. Keep up the great work team

I really liked the feel of this place and I was excited about the very interesting and eclectic menu. There were many things we wanted to try, but as a family party of three we were all disappointed in what we ordered. All the dishes and even dessert were just so-so at best. I really wanted to like it, but I can't say I'd go back there.
