This is a wonderful little place. It's part of a 3 store set up and it's very cool. They have good food, sporting goods/rafts, and a nice little chatchkey type section. They make a variety of sandwiches, deserts, Expresso, drinks, etc. The staff is always friendly and helpful. But some times you have to wait a bit because many go there. It's rustic and family owned. Stopped on the from OR to CA. Husband and I both ordered sandwiches and got chips to share - he got salami and I got the veggie (added sprouts, olives, and banana peppers) - both were so good and so fresh. They have a great selection of sandwiches and salads. The woman who helped us was really sweet. We were looking for somewhere to stop on our thanksgiving road trip and really glad we stopped here! We'll stop again next time we drive through. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our sandwiches at Picnic Basket Deli. Our sandwiches were ready quickly. Prices & portions were reasonable. I got the pastrami and boyfriend got the Grilled Chicken Caesar. I liked my sandwich. I think his did not taste exactly like what he was expecting, but he still enjoyed it.
