We just found Miguel's in Shady Cove, and this is the best Mexican food I've had in decades. A whole meal of Flavor!! Not just huge plates of rice and beans with a little flavor in the meat.
Our server was awesome and put up with us beautifully! The setting was right on the river watching the rafters go past.
Our only problem was the table for four was too small for all the plates and dishes.

My friend and I went to dinner Sunday night, they were busy but didn't mind waiting. The taco salad with ground beef was the best I have ever had. The chef delivered our "to go" food, ?.
