“Wow!! Where do I start off with this hidden gem in the neighborhood. Well great location. Easy parking. As soon as my wife and I entered we were both greeted, but hey it's a tavern and so not expected. We sat ourselves right in the middle of the place and menu was already sitting on the table. Within 2 minutes a server came to the table to ask for drinks. My reason for coming was there sign in front about chicken. So when we ordered we ordered the chicken fried steak with biscuit and gravy. Chicken cooked to a perfection. Breast meat. What caught me with this dish was how well seasoned it is. Atmosphere is a bit different and some colored people it may seem a turn off, but let me tell you. I felt welcomed, waitress came by and checked on us and the memorabilia that flooded this place is more than enough to visit again which my wife and I will come again. The chicken was cooked to perfection, the eggs perfect and also seasoned well. TV playing all the sports I needed to see that day. Not to loud. Great place overall. Would definitely come back.“

We also tried the kimchi pasta, which was creamy and spicy. It was also full of chicken. The fries also seemed to be battered fried so they are also extra crispy.

“Their chicken is fire. The boneless chicken is so good not dry and their wings are fire. I never had Wingstop until they moved to my neighborhood and I know why Rick Ross owns a franchise. I highly recommend it if you’re living in the neighborhood and want some fast delicious chicken late at night or just dinner for the family. The people who worked there are so nice and the food is always fresh and delicious.“

“I placed an online order earlier in the day and scheduled it for delivery later in the evening so it would arrive around the time my family got together 🍕😊. Surprisingly, the pizza showed up about 15 minutes earlier than expected. When we opened the boxes, we realized that some of the pizza combinations and sizes seemed mixed up, which left everyone a little confused at first 😅.

I decided to call the restaurant and calmly explained the situation. The staff handled it incredibly well and were very understanding. Without any hassle, they immediately fixed the mistake and even sent out a completely new order for delivery! 🚗💨

That level of customer service really impressed me. They truly went above and beyond what I expected, and it made the whole experience much better. “Ordered to-go. Not exactly sure what it was, but it was good Thai food. I’ll likely try their duck dish next since I saw a review on that, but didn’t see it listed on their menu. The main reason for the 4 stars is because they didn’t offer their lunch menu when I came in (didn’t see that 3 pm is the cutoff for the lunch specials listed anywhere).“

“I go there once in a great while when I need a bbq fix and don't want to spend my whole day making bbq ribs myself. Even though I can make perfectly good bbq ribs myself this place is very good when you need the fix and don't have the time. Price is good and I've always had great customer service along with great tasting bbq food. Great job people!!“

“During this Coronavirus shut down of places, I'm home with the kids. Tired, and not feeling like I wanted to cook around lunch time. I went on my App like usual, and ordered delivery with a $100 bill (that's all I had on me). My Pizza Hut in Sherwood was closed, but their App did not tell me that. It was probably 45:minutes until I see our delivery driver park outside the house. First thing he said was that he was really sorry for taking so long, that Sherwood was closed and his Tualatin location was taking Sherwood's orders!! I was amazed! I ordered a bunch so they could give me enough change. I thanked him for coming all this was to deliver to me, and that he did me a solid favor. I'm home alone with our youngest baby, and was starving. You bet he got a $20.00 tip!! Thank you all so much for working twice as hard and taking on twice the work currently. Pizza Heros, and baby approved!!“

“We just got BBQ to go from Dickey's BBQ now located next to the MOD pizza in the Cruse Meadows Commons off Meadows Rd. It takes a lot of faith to open up a new venture at any time and especially now. This is a chain and the owner is local. We tried the brisket, pulled pork and spare ribs. All had good flavor and were very tender. The ribs had a nice smoke ring and were falling off the bone. All the sides were good except we didn't love the beans. I liked the potato casserole (basically loaded mashed potatoes) and the cabbage slaw was like what you get it KFC or Safeway deli but not as sweet. We tried 3 sauces - Classic, Carolina and Sweet. Enjoyed all of them. They run a $12.99 special of the day that rotates and offer a free kids meal on Sundays with regular entree orders. Loyalty points are available thru their app. If you haven't tried them yet, reward their leap of faith and get your good bbq grub on.“
