A second visit changed everything. I was there during a very busy time on my first visit. Also, I had not ordered from this restaurant before, so I didn’t quite know what to expect regarding the menu items. The next visit was 5 star and I enjoyed my meal and the drive thru service.“

“We've tried several different flavors of pizza and loved each one! My sister has to get gluten free and it's honestly so delicious. it's very difficult to find great gluten free pizza and they've done it! plus the mango drink is so delicious!“

“I got my food to go. I’d never been here before. The host that was going to seat me was super friendly, took me over to the take-out kiosk, showed me how to use it, and explained items on the menu. I ordered one of his suggestions and it was incredible! I’m so glad I went with his suggestion. I made my order, paid for it on the kiosk, and about 10 minutes later, the host brought my meal. Super friendly service! Very quick service. And delicious food. Try this place out. It is great!“

The venue was sanitized before we got there and the staff was so incredibly helpful with set up and helping get things packed up after the party ended. “I placed an online order earlier in the day and scheduled it for delivery later in the evening so it would arrive around the time my family got together 🍕😊. Surprisingly, the pizza showed up about 15 minutes earlier than expected. When we opened the boxes, we realized that some of the pizza combinations and sizes seemed mixed up, which left everyone a little confused at first 😅.

I decided to call the restaurant and calmly explained the situation. The staff handled it incredibly well and were very understanding. Without any hassle, they immediately fixed the mistake and even sent out a completely new order for delivery! 🚗💨

That level of customer service really impressed me. They truly went above and beyond what I expected, and it made the whole experience much better. “During this Coronavirus shut down of places, I'm home with the kids. Tired, and not feeling like I wanted to cook around lunch time. I went on my App like usual, and ordered delivery with a $100 bill (that's all I had on me). My Pizza Hut in Sherwood was closed, but their App did not tell me that. It was probably 45:minutes until I see our delivery driver park outside the house. First thing he said was that he was really sorry for taking so long, that Sherwood was closed and his Tualatin location was taking Sherwood's orders!! I was amazed! I ordered a bunch so they could give me enough change. I thanked him for coming all this was to deliver to me, and that he did me a solid favor. I'm home alone with our youngest baby, and was starving. You bet he got a $20.00 tip!! Thank you all so much for working twice as hard and taking on twice the work currently. Pizza Heros, and baby approved!!“

“Lost my purse yesterday with my ID, cards and wallet. The gm Alan Dent went above and beyond to help me resolve. He was already off the clock and text me to let me know he would check cameras when he got home. He was quick to respond and could have easily told me I needed to wait until the next day during work hours, that is great customer service. Thanks Alan, I really appreciated you doing that.“

The main reason for the 4 stars is because they didn’t offer their lunch menu when I came in (didn’t see that 3 pm is the cutoff for the lunch specials listed anywhere).“

“I had a fantastic experience at Dick's BBQ! The food was absolutely delicious, tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The brisket was juicy, the ribs fell right off the bone, and the sides were just as impressive. You can tell they put a lot of care into both the quality and preparation of their food.

What really stood out, though, was the service. She was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure customers had a great experience. She was so attentive, efficient, and happy to answer questions and offer recommendations.

If you're looking for great BBQ served with outstanding customer service, Dick's BBQ is definitely worth a visit. I'll be back for sure!“

“As a trained, retired chef who owned and operated more than sixteen restaurants, mostly Italian pizza and pasta establishments, I feel qualified to recognize quality when I see it.

When I compare Pizza Hut with the other nationwide pizza chains in my area, I can confidently say there is no comparison. Their quality, portion sizes, prices, and, most importantly, their customer service are outstanding.

The staff is always polite, professional, and punctual. I have never had any issues redeeming advertised deals or using my rewards. My orders are consistently accurate, and they have never forgotten any of my toppings.

On one occasion, they made a mistake with the type of pizza crust I ordered. Without asking any questions or making excuses, they immediately credited my account for my next order. That level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated.

“My wife and I have been loyal Dominos fans for about a decade. We tried Pizza Hut again because of a deal they had. It was well worth the try. The food was amazing. The crust was crispy, the ingredients were real, and the overall flavor was perfect. The onsite staff were on point, helpful, cheery, and seemed to truly enjoy their job. The only complaints that we had... it could have used a little more pepperoni and could have been baked 2 minutes longer. Goodbye Dominos and Hello Pizza Hut.“

Convenient location but their logic makes no sense sometimes in regards to their menu.
They gave me a hard time about making a simple adjustment to my pizza. I simply asked for an ingredient to not be added to my pizza and they said they could not do that as it was a promotional offer, even though I called in advance and they told me they can! ?!?🤨
