“Went to visit my sister brother-in-law and my neices and nepews. Got three pizzas. Look its not the best pizza but the cost and convenience make it a no brainer. I put an order in online hours in advance. All i had to do was walk in, pay, and carry my pizzas out. No waiting. No line. It has to be one of the greatest deals left. The girl with short hair and glasses deserves a raise — she was constantly moving, taking orders, running food, clearing tables, holding doors, and keeping the place clean, all with a great attitude!! “Went to Rovente for the first time last night and OH MY GOODNESS WILL WE BE BACK!!! I'm new to the area and an absolute lover of pizza and this is the best I've found. I ordered a cheese pizza and a custom. We tried the cheese first and were so beyond stoked. If the cheese pizza was that good we couldn't wait to try our custom and oh my goodness I wish I had the words to explain how good it is. The crust is more on the thin side which I loved as it was firm with a bit of crunch but also soft and perfectly chewable. Their sauce was phenomenal, we got regular red on the cheese and spicy red on the other and both were amazing. The cheeses and toppings also were fresh and delicious! I think the gal working the counter was named Kat and I think she mentioned she was a manager, I told her it was my first time in and how excited I was to try you guys. She told me about how Rovente's is family owned and how amazing the owners are which are all things I love to hear as a customer. I also really loved her confidence that I was going to love the pizza and boy was she right! I didn't get the other gal workings name but they really did an incredible job and I will absolutely be a return customer!“

“First time here, and our first ever Detroit style pizza. Looking at photos of these pies you might think they're a bit heavy, but they're anything but. The focaccia crust is super-fluffy, and the toppings are also lightly balanced while also being very flavorful. The sausage is excellent, highly recommended. Service was fast & pizzas were very well presented. Ranch dressing is amazing, and I'm not a ranch dressing person. We brought it home, because I can't imagine putting it on pizza, especially carefully prepared pizza like this.
Some good local beers/ciders on tap, and great music. The industrial atmosphere was perfect for this type of meal. Overall a fun and delicious alternative to New York or other traditional styles.“

“I was stuck in traffic and called in an order suddenly then the traffic cleared up, causing me to show up faster than I thought to pick up my pizza. When I walked into the store it was clean and not crowded. But as I stood there my back went out and I had to sit on a hard bench and wasn't sure if I would be able to get my pizza into my car. One of the gals offered to help take my pizza to my car. I really appreciate the service of the one girl. The manager seemed a little on edge that day but everyone was kind. “A simple place with really unusual pizza. At first, I wasn't wild about the idea of a thick crust pizza, almost like focaccia - but I quickly changed my mind upon the first bite.

We only ordered their gluten free pizza, so I can't attest to their regular crust. GF pizza crusts have gotten pretty good over the years, so I've come to expect it, but I never tasted anything like this one.

The sides of the crust had a crisp crunch, and I understand that Wisconsin Brick cheese was incorporated into the edges. Wow. The middle, which I was afraid would be dry and tasteless, was full of flavor.

Sauce and toppings were excellent and of high quality.

I was told that the owner has a bakery background, and it's clear that they know what they're doing. I wish them luck with this new business; I'll certainly be back.

“Haven’t been to this location for a while. Zana made my pizza, and Matthew cooked the pizza. They both did an amazing job. My pizza was prepared very well, the placement of the toppings were aesthetically pleasing. Matthew cooked the pizza really well, it was nice and crispy but and not like a crunchy chip crust like most of the mod pizzas I’ve been to. Great job team!“

I was insufficiently clear re: my weird dietary restrictions (autoimmune disease ftw) when ordering my salad, then came back 5min later to pick up said salad--and found that one magnificent icon sweetpea employee had gone to bat to protect me from cheese, and a second kickass employee had made 2 different salads just in case. !!! “I placed an online order earlier in the day and scheduled it for delivery later in the evening so it would arrive around the time my family got together 🍕😊. Surprisingly, the pizza showed up about 15 minutes earlier than expected. When we opened the boxes, we realized that some of the pizza combinations and sizes seemed mixed up, which left everyone a little confused at first 😅.

I decided to call the restaurant and calmly explained the situation. The staff handled it incredibly well and were very understanding. Without any hassle, they immediately fixed the mistake and even sent out a completely new order for delivery! 🚗💨

That level of customer service really impressed me. They truly went above and beyond what I expected, and it made the whole experience much better.
