“Went to Rovente for the first time last night and OH MY GOODNESS WILL WE BE BACK!!! I'm new to the area and an absolute lover of pizza and this is the best I've found. I ordered a cheese pizza and a custom. We tried the cheese first and were so beyond stoked. If the cheese pizza was that good we couldn't wait to try our custom and oh my goodness I wish I had the words to explain how good it is. The crust is more on the thin side which I loved as it was firm with a bit of crunch but also soft and perfectly chewable. Their sauce was phenomenal, we got regular red on the cheese and spicy red on the other and both were amazing. The cheeses and toppings also were fresh and delicious! I think the gal working the counter was named Kat and I think she mentioned she was a manager, I told her it was my first time in and how excited I was to try you guys. She told me about how Rovente's is family owned and how amazing the owners are which are all things I love to hear as a customer. I also really loved her confidence that I was going to love the pizza and boy was she right! I didn't get the other gal workings name but they really did an incredible job and I will absolutely be a return customer!“

“Great music and the staff was very welcoming. The LORO combination for coffee is really a big plus too. The open space and floor to ceiling windows has an indoor/outdoor ambience in the nice little corner of Beaverton. My pizza was a cheese version but very tasty and really enough to share, if you are on a budget. The Ranch crust is unique and crunchy.“

“I’m from Seattle and we do not have good pizza here!! Anytime I am in Oregon, I make a stop at Pizzicato! The best pizza in Washington and Oregon!! Highly recommend! This location in particular is exceptional! Every employee is attentive, kind and ensures orders meet company standards. I appreciate how thorough they are.. always asking if I need napkins, plates and crushed peppers. My pizza yesterday was accidentally made wrong with herbs. When I walked into the store it was clean and not crowded. But as I stood there my back went out and I had to sit on a hard bench and wasn't sure if I would be able to get my pizza into my car. Crust, cheese, and toppings were all spot on. Closest I’ve come in PDX to finding the pizza I grew up with back in Chicago!“

“A simple place with really unusual pizza. At first, I wasn't wild about the idea of a thick crust pizza, almost like focaccia - but I quickly changed my mind upon the first bite.

We only ordered their gluten free pizza, so I can't attest to their regular crust. GF pizza crusts have gotten pretty good over the years, so I've come to expect it, but I never tasted anything like this one.

The sides of the crust had a crisp crunch, and I understand that Wisconsin Brick cheese was incorporated into the edges. Wow. The middle, which I was afraid would be dry and tasteless, was full of flavor.

Sauce and toppings were excellent and of high quality.

I was told that the owner has a bakery background, and it's clear that they know what they're doing. I wish them luck with this new business; I'll certainly be back.
