“I was so pleased to have stumbled upon this spot one solo afternoon in the Pearl. I had been craving pizza for months after recently going gluten-free for health reasons, on top of an existing corn allergy. I asked the staff upfront about their GF crust ingredients and they took my request very seriously, informing me that it is made of buckwheat and rice!!!!

I’m sure it can get busy during peak hours, but I loved being in on a slow Monday afternoon. Service was incredible and the food was fresh, flavorful and hit the spot. The arugula salad was such a delightful way to get in my bitter greens (doctor’s orders) and the spicy ginger ale is basically a yummy tonic for healthy digestion. Will definitely be back again soon!“

Staff is friendly and establishment is clean and kid-friendly for our four kiddos. “have always received great service; once forgot to specify thin crust, but they whipped it up before my wife arrived for pick-up. Didn't charge for the regular crust version, just kept it in case someone later ordered one. The wide variety of pizza toppings and combos are all delicious, so the only problem with Papa's is making up your mind which one to order; and on Tuesday the price is low enough, why not get 2! I've lived in Oregon 50 years and it's the best I've found (except for the wood fired oven of The Bread Board in Falls City); have visited over 50 pizza parlors rated highly thru-out Oregon. Papa's always gets 5 stars from my family and friends!“

“Went to Rovente for the first time last night and OH MY GOODNESS WILL WE BE BACK!!! I'm new to the area and an absolute lover of pizza and this is the best I've found. I ordered a cheese pizza and a custom. We tried the cheese first and were so beyond stoked. If the cheese pizza was that good we couldn't wait to try our custom and oh my goodness I wish I had the words to explain how good it is. The crust is more on the thin side which I loved as it was firm with a bit of crunch but also soft and perfectly chewable. Their sauce was phenomenal, we got regular red on the cheese and spicy red on the other and both were amazing. The cheeses and toppings also were fresh and delicious! I think the gal working the counter was named Kat and I think she mentioned she was a manager, I told her it was my first time in and how excited I was to try you guys. She told me about how Rovente's is family owned and how amazing the owners are which are all things I love to hear as a customer. I also really loved her confidence that I was going to love the pizza and boy was she right! I didn't get the other gal workings name but they really did an incredible job and I will absolutely be a return customer!“

House made ranch is pretty good, as im from the Midwest im still getting used to NO NACHO CHEESE in PNW which is a bummer but it is what it is. The pepperoni pizza was worth the wait. I ordered at closing & was worried I wouldn't get my order but they got it done & it is so good.

“First time here, and our first ever Detroit style pizza. Looking at photos of these pies you might think they're a bit heavy, but they're anything but. The focaccia crust is super-fluffy, and the toppings are also lightly balanced while also being very flavorful. The sausage is excellent, highly recommended. Service was fast & pizzas were very well presented. Ranch dressing is amazing, and I'm not a ranch dressing person. We brought it home, because I can't imagine putting it on pizza, especially carefully prepared pizza like this.
Some good local beers/ciders on tap, and great music. The industrial atmosphere was perfect for this type of meal. Overall a fun and delicious alternative to New York or other traditional styles.“

This location in particular is exceptional! Every employee is attentive, kind and ensures orders meet company standards. I appreciate how thorough they are.. always asking if I need napkins, plates and crushed peppers. My pizza yesterday was accidentally made wrong with herbs. “I love getting Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza because it's so easy. You just order it over the phone or online, and then you pick it up through their drive-through, take it home, and bake it in your own oven. It's a great source of food for parties and gatherings.“

When I walked into the store it was clean and not crowded. But as I stood there my back went out and I had to sit on a hard bench and wasn't sure if I would be able to get my pizza into my car. One of the gals offered to help take my pizza to my car. I really appreciate the service of the one girl. The manager seemed a little on edge that day but everyone was kind. “We haven't ordered Papa Murphy's in probably a year, and I was shocked by how costly it's become (inflation, some beyond their control)! There is NO WAY I'd pay $28 (family size, 4 toppings) for this particular product, but the 50% online order coupon was available, so it was still under $20 after a 20% tip (PLEASE tip these people). When I arrived, 20 minutes after ordering, I received a warm greeting and my pizza was ready. It was properly prepared, fresh and perfect for family movie night. Overall, I'd recommend this location. :-)“
