When I compare Pizza Hut with the other nationwide pizza chains in my area, I can confidently say there is no comparison. Their quality, portion sizes, prices, and, most importantly, their customer service are outstanding.

The staff is always polite, professional, and punctual. I have never had any issues redeeming advertised deals or using my rewards. My orders are consistently accurate, and they have never forgotten any of my toppings.

On one occasion, they made a mistake with the type of pizza crust I ordered. Without asking any questions or making excuses, they immediately credited my account for my next order. That level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated.

Only callout is that this place does the “Trader Joes during Covid” approach where you have to line up outside and they let you in one by one. This is likely because of their popularity and small space, so be prepared and get there before they open.

The staff was very welcoming and very attentive. Our fire time in Portland fresh off the airplane we decided pizza. Couldn’t be happier with this spot. Pizza was top notch beer was great a safe quiet get away from the busy streets of Portland.

I’m a selective beer drinker and found a Cascadian Pale Ale (5.4%) that was delightful AND three of my favorite cocktails to choose from… Paper Plane, Margarita, Moscow Mule, etc. Delightful! The wide variety of pizza toppings and combos are all delicious, so the only problem with Papa's is making up your mind which one to order; and on Tuesday the price is low enough, why not get 2! I've lived in Oregon 50 years and it's the best I've found (except for the wood fired oven of The Bread Board in Falls City); have visited over 50 pizza parlors rated highly thru-out Oregon. My son loves the ranch, I think it’s good but a bit too dill forward for me.
They have canned drinks available for purchase, along with some shirts/socks/hats, souvenir-esque items.

Everything is fairly priced as well.

“Went to Rovente for the first time last night and OH MY GOODNESS WILL WE BE BACK!!! I'm new to the area and an absolute lover of pizza and this is the best I've found. I ordered a cheese pizza and a custom. We tried the cheese first and were so beyond stoked. If the cheese pizza was that good we couldn't wait to try our custom and oh my goodness I wish I had the words to explain how good it is. The crust is more on the thin side which I loved as it was firm with a bit of crunch but also soft and perfectly chewable. Their sauce was phenomenal, we got regular red on the cheese and spicy red on the other and both were amazing. The cheeses and toppings also were fresh and delicious! I think the gal working the counter was named Kat and I think she mentioned she was a manager, I told her it was my first time in and how excited I was to try you guys. She told me about how Rovente's is family owned and how amazing the owners are which are all things I love to hear as a customer. I also really loved her confidence that I was going to love the pizza and boy was she right! I didn't get the other gal workings name but they really did an incredible job and I will absolutely be a return customer!“

House made ranch is pretty good, as im from the Midwest im still getting used to NO NACHO CHEESE in PNW which is a bummer but it is what it is. The pepperoni pizza was worth the wait. I ordered at closing & was worried I wouldn't get my order but they got it done & it is so good.
