“I really love Sesame Donuts in Sherwood. They have very tasty donuts and a large selection made fresh daily. I've only tried their donuts, hot cocoa, and coffee, but everything has been delicious! The ladies there are always friendly, kind, and provide excellent customer service. I wish the owner would bring back caramel apple donuts to the Sherwood location. It's one of my favorites!“

We were absolutely floored with the quality and freshness of these donuts. Learned from the owner, they’re made overnight the night before, explains why they were still warm when we came in at 9:00am. “This is our go-to donut shop! Seriously the best traditional donuts. Always perfectly fried. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Their fritters are one of my favorites! My son loves that their bear claw has apples.(so yummy) Everything is great, you can't go wrong with any choice here. Also, their staff is always friendly and helpful and super sweet with my kids. 💕 Love supporting this local business!“

“The guy behind the counter was SUPER NICE!!! However, the donuts were way too sweet, I had a Maple old fashioned, and my son had a frosted sprinkled vanilla cake. He said the same thing, it was way too sweet. However he said the chocolate raised ring donut was delish! I had also ordered a Bavarian cream, which I didn't end up eating and let our roommate have and she said it was delish. So I guess it just depends on if you had a cake versus a raised donut, and how sweet you like your donuts.“

“The only powdered chocolate cream donuts anywhere in town (and I've checked), just the way Winchell's used to make them: absolute perfection! The other donuts are incredible, too, but the powdered with the poof of chocolate icing is my go-to 4 LIFE! When my husband and I journey 25+ miles to a Sesame Donuts and our box of donuts is in our car, I may spontaneously serenade my donuts. “I pass by here all the time but decided to try it today. I got coffee with boba and a donut and it was $10. Their donut flavors are super interesting, I got Reese's cheesecake and it was great. I like that the donut wasn't iced AND frosted so it wasn't too sweet, the perfect amount of chewy.

I see some reviews about the service but the guy at the counter was polite and prompt, no complaints at all. They also have Korean style corn dogs I want to try next time, I'll definitely be back!“

“I love the variety of flavors they have. My mom and I have gone multiple times (sometimes in the same week! ) and had a chance to talk to the owners and a couple of the baristas, all of which were very friendly and love to offer suggestions of flavor combos (that is, if you can't pick from the fun flavors they come up with every month). I also love that they offer a dark and light roast coffee and you can still actually taste the coffee, not just the sweetness from the syrup in the fancy drinks. They have a good balance.“
